Ingrédients pour une douzaine de papillons :
- 30 g. de beurre fondu,
- 30 g. de sucre,
- 30 g. de blanc d'oeuf,
- 30 g. de farine,
- quelques gouttes de colorant rouge.
Mélanger les ingrédients.
Déposer des petits tas en forme de papillons sur une feuille de papier sulfurisé.
Cuire à 180° C pendant 5 à 10 minutes (jusqu'à ce que les ailes des papillons se colorent légèrement).
A la sortie du four, poser les papillons sur les bords d'un moule à manqué afin qu'ils prennent une forme encore plus originale !
